5.5” Hitachi Blue 2 carbon core Honesuki . Outer layers are stainless steel with a cold forged satin finish that leaves the blade very soft in your hand. Heel is 1.125” and the handle is an octagonal WA made with double dyed green/orange Birch Burl.
