8.25” Hitachi Super Blue carbon core Chef . Outer layers are stainless steel with a Leviathan Tsuchime finish. Heel is 2” and the handle is an octagonal WA made with double dyed Tiger Maple. This blade is a thicker work horse blade, spine is around .125”.
